We are recruiting on behalf of Uniworld Boutique River Cruises for the 2025 season. As Junior Chef de Partie,
you’ll join a world-class international team, working in an inspiring environment where growth, quality,
and teamwork truly matter.

🍽️ Your Role:  

Prepare dishes following Uniworld’s fine-dining standards and hygiene protocols

Support your section’s daily setup and service

Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation

Follow safety, stock, and equipment procedures

Collaborate with chefs and crew across departments

Join briefings, drills, and contribute to a great guest experience

🌟 What You Bring Onboard:

 Culinary background in 4★ or 5★ hotel/restaurant kitchens

 Good English communication skills

 Team spirit, reliability, and a true passion for hospitality

 Willingness to learn, contribute, and grow
