In a job role as an Executive Chef m/f/x on board you will oversee an international Galley team of 8-10 Chefs and
1-2 Dishwashers to support the Galley team efficiently. With your crew you will cater of 120 -200 passengers
on board plus 30-50 crew members. You will oversee the quality of the food preparation, ordering goods and
food according to the sailing schedule and number of passengers on board, will keep highest hygiene
standards according to the protocols established and you will support the other departments on board
as requested during embarkation/ disembarkation of passengers, provision loadings and others.
