Here's what we're looking for in our ideal Sommelier:

• Fluency in English, oral and written (additional European languages a plus)
• Sommelier certificate
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end establishment
• Extensive knowledge of wines and other premium beverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
• Computer literacy (experience with point-of-sale systems a plus)
• STCW95 certification and medical certification required
