Your duties as a Waiter:

• Offer our guests excellent service in our restaurants and at the buffet.
• Present the menus, recommend special dishes and drinks, and take orders.
• Introduce the wine and beverage list to guests and help them with their selection.
• Serve the various courses and beverages with an eye for detail.
• Ensure cleanliness in your assigned area and supervise the mise en place before and after each service.
• Report any problems and guest complaints immediately to your direct supervisor.
• Support your service assistants in their work and provide them with assistance and training.

Requirements:

• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Experience in a 4 or 5-star restaurant, hotel, or resort (advantageous)
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Passion for hospitality and service orientation
• Teamwork skills
• STCW 95 certificate and valid medical certificate required
